Called "La Reina de Rock" (The Queen of Rock) , she has sold more than 20 million albums in her career. In 2002, she won a Latin Grammy for her song Soy . Guzmán has one daughter, Frida Sofía, born in 1992. She has overcome many challenges in her life, including drug addiction, painful relationships, and breast cancer (in 2007).
