full story.
A model and singer, Julio Iglesias Jr. is the oldest son of famous Spanish singer Julio Iglesias and the Filipina socialite and journalist Isabel Preysler. When his parents divorced in 1979, Iglesias Jr. moved with his siblings Chabelí and Enrique (also a famous singer, as you most likely know) to live with their father in Miami, Florida. He attended college outside of San Francisco (at Menlo College) and got into modeling, with campaigns for Versace and Gap, before pursuing music. Like his other famous family members, he sings in both Spanish and English, and his albums include One More Chance (1999), Tercera Dimensión (2003), Por la Mitad (2008), and Latin Lovers (2014). Iglesias Jr. has also appeared on Mira Quien Baila (the Spanish-language version of Dancing With the Stars) and Bailando por un sueño (the Aregtinian version of the show) (see his disastrous dance on that show in 2016, about which he said "Fue horrible y lo reconzco" (It was horrible and I acknowledge that), HERE). In 2008 he won the CMT reality television show "Gone Country" and his single "The Way I Want You" was released shortly thereafter (read more HERE). Iglesias Jr. and model Charisse Verhaert, who had dated for 8 years, married in November of 2012 and live in Miami (Read more (in Spanish) and see a photo gallery of their relationship HERE).

Other February 25th birthdays:

Néstor Kirchner (1950-2010): Lawyer and politician who became the 51st President of Argentina. His wife Cristina was then President from 2010 until 2015, when she was defeated by current President Mauricio Macri. Together the Kirchners are responsible for a brand of politics known as "Kirchnerismo."

César Cedeño (1951-      ): Professional baseball player from the Dominican Republic who played 17 seasons (1970-1986) in the major leagues for the Houston Astros, Cincinnati Reds, St. Louis Cardinals, and L.A. Dodgers. He won five consecutive Golden Glove Awards from 1972-1976 and once beat out Roberto Clemente for a starting spot on the All Star team.

José María Aznar (1953-      ): Prime Minister of Spain from 1996-2004. In 1995 he survived an assassination attempt by the separatist group ETA. On March 11, 2004, the Madrid Train Bombings occurred just days before the election, and Aznar's government blamed them on ETA, though they were actually carried out by al-Qaeda due to Spain's support of the United States and England in the Iraq War. When the truth came out (also before the election), there was a massive drop in support for Aznar and his party, and his opponent Zapatero won the election.
